About the Committee
The American Inns of Court Program Awards recognize exceptional programs created and presented at Inn meetings. The Program Awards Committee is in charge of reviewing, rating, and determining award-winning programs submitted throughout the year.
Qualifications
- Must be a member of an American Inn of Court in good standing
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage deadlines
- Familiarity with American Inns of Court programs preferred
Description of Duties
- Participate in orientation conference call in December (TBD)
- Review all submitted programs from December to August
- Score submitted programs using provided judging criteria
- Submit scores by e-mail within the required time period
- Meet by conference call to validate first, second and third place award recipients, outstanding programs, and best special project
Commitment
- Approximate Hours per Month: 5-6
- Program Awards Committee term is two years (December-August)
- No travel is expected for committee business

Committee Selection
- Program Award Committee selections will be made in mid to late November and participants will be notified by e-mail. By accepting this appointment, committee members are agreeing to fulfill the listed duties to the best of their abilities.
