Houston Inn Leadership Summit Additional Event Information

This year’s summit event is hosted by William R. Peterson of Morgan Lewis, who is a Trustee of the American Inn of Court Foundation and a member of The Garland Walker American Inn of Court. In addition to the summit event scheduled for Friday, May 5, 2017, Inn leaders who are planning on registering for the summit are also welcome to register to attend a special Garland Walker Inn event the night before: 

The May 4th program is titled “Star Laws: The Final Legal Frontier”.  This program will be at the Houston Federal Reserve Bank building. Because this is a federal building all who are considering attending are required to complete an advanced registration, on or before April 27, 2017. There is no late notice with per federal rules and no “walk-ins”.  RSVPs can be sent to Samantha  Doring at sam@smglawgroup.com and the guest fee of $40 (to cover the cost of the dinner) can be made by check payable to South Texas College of Law – Houston. The doors will open at 5:30 p.m. with some very creative pre-event activities, including an opportunity to tour portions of the Federal Reserve and an interactive display of NASA technology.  Dinner and the program should conclude by 8:15 PM.

The leadership summit kicks off the next morning, Friday, May 5th at 8:30 am with breakfast and introductions, followed by our first content segment at 9:00 am. A working lunch will be served, and the leadership summit will conclude not later that 5:00 PM.
